In Short

• Join Headway's Engineering team as the first Staff Technical Program Manager.
• Define execution of critical technical initiatives and transform challenges into execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering and the company.
• Prioritize technical investments and create programs to address key challenges.
• Spearhead initiatives to improve system observability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish operational health metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Align cross-functional teams on technical strategy and roadmap.
• Create scalable processes to improve engineering velocity and quality.
• Communicate program status and strategic decisions to senior leadership.
