• Act as an escalation point and incident coordinator for security incidents.
• Respond to security events from detection through to resolution.
• Monitor Canva's systems for possible attacks and intrusions.

• Run threat detection exercises and search for anomalous behavior.
• Develop tools for security incident alerting and response.
• Maintain incident response documentation and participate in post-incident reviews.
• Participate in the on-call roster for security incident response.
• Identify trends and emerging threats that may impact the business.
