Revenue Operations Manager, New Product Introduction - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a key role in optimizing processes related to invoicing, collections, and cash applications, while collaborating with various teams to implement new tools and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.

In Short

• Identify opportunities for process optimization in invoicing and collections.
• Assist in the implementation of a new billing tool and customer service desk.
• Partner with IT to automate KPIs via dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT on system projects for revenue recognition.
• Influence scalable launches of new products and initiatives.
• Create and perform user-acceptance testing on new features.
• Work with Sales and Legal to improve the quote-to-cash process.
• Focus on data completeness and compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience in quote-to-cash or finance roles.
• Experience in a public company with a focus on automation.
• Salesforce experience required; NetSuite or Zuora a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
