Product Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI) - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager on the New Product Introduction (NPI) team within the Government Solutions business, you will play a pivotal role envisioning and building our next-generation products including our new cloud-based Back Office system.

• Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities.

• Guide the product engineering team in scope, planning, and delivery.
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards regarding architecture and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology and product development.
• Prior experience with 0 to 1 product development.
• Understanding of cloud and compute technologies, such as AWS/Azure.
• Ability to foster positive customer interactions.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of transportation/smart mobility sector is a plus.
