In Short

• Own organic growth across Google Play, Apple App Store and Microsoft Store for Canva in key global markets.
• Develop and implement market level ASO strategies & work closely with local marketing teams.
• Undertake continuous app store optimisation (ASO) to maximise app store visibility and conversion.
• Run app store promotions via iOS In App Events and Google Play Promotional Content cards.
• Create and implement Google Play Custom Store Listings and iOS Custom Product Pages.
• Own analytics in the app stores, such as conversion optimisation and overall signups.
• Increase quality traffic to Canva using legitimate growth efforts.
• Apply ASO skills to the Canva Desktop App.
• Use insights tools to find new demand on the app stores.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across Canva.

Requirements

• Deep ASO experience on a global scale for major mobile apps.
• Experience growing organic installs and improving conversion for all traffic sources.
• Experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Developer console.
• Experience with desktop apps stores such as Microsoft Store.
• Understanding of how app stores operate and what drives performance.
• Passion for cultural localisation in online marketing.
• Clear, concise and persuasive verbal and written communication.
• Holistic mobile data analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Data Science is highly regarded.
