Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams across frontend and backend infrastructure.
• Deep technical expertise in feature flagging and rollout systems.
• Comfortable coaching engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
• Experience with modern environments: Java, Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS.
• Strong mentoring skills with a track record of helping others grow.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication skills for technical decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and set clear direction.
