Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams across frontend and backend.
• Deep technical expertise in feature flagging and rollout systems.
• Comfortable coaching engineers and guiding architectural decisions.
• Experience with Java, TypeScript, Go, and AWS.
• Strong mentoring skills with a focus on team growth.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
• Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and provide direction.
