Requirements

• Experienced in both technical and people leadership.
• Experience or strong interest in design.
• Previous experience as a ML Engineer or leading ML product teams.
• Great research skills in deep learning and generative AI.
• Ability to support the team in balancing exploratory work with feature delivery.
• Effective communication skills.
