In Short

• Design and develop motorcycle chassis components and systems.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations for structural integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Create and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings.
• Evaluate materials and manufacturing processes.
• Perform design validation through testing and prototyping.
• Provide technical support during production and assembly.
• Availability to travel to Mexico occasionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chassis design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks).
• Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of motorcycle dynamics.
• Availability to travel to Mexico occasionally.
