Engineering Manager (Water Design-Build) - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking an Engineering Manager (Water Design-Build) to lead critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects across the United States.

In Short

• Lead and manage Design-Build water and wastewater projects.
• Employ latest technologies for infrastructure solutions.
• Frequent short-term travel up to 50% may be required.
• Manage multi-discipline design teams.
• Oversee procurement of process equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule.
• Facilitate technical discussions and project delivery.
• Experience in managing projects over $30 Million preferred.
• Strong commercial and construction contract experience required.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 20+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with local and state regulatory agencies.
• Ability to negotiate and manage risk.
• Experience managing engineering and construction subcontractors.
• DBIA certificate preferred but not required.
• Proven project management skills.
