In Short

• Be the first point of contact for Access Management tickets in IT Service Desk.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery while adhering to SLAs.
• Implement Access Management Controls on Third-Party SaaS systems.
• Write clear documentation and share knowledge with the team.
• Escalate problems to the appropriate staff when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Okta administration.
• Experience with IAM tools, including SSO and MFA.
• Technical knowledge of app integration protocols like SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.
• 2 years of experience in technical support, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Data-driven approach to identifying trends and improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills and collaborative mindset.
