Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce management or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with WFM platforms like Verint or NICE.
• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys or Zoom Contact Center.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience in building dashboards in Looker or Metabase.
• Knowledge of service-level metrics and contact center operations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong operational judgment.
• Exposure to high-growth or remote-first environments.
• Helpful if knowledgeable in SQL or scripting (Python, R).
