Overview

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM controls and services, building services with a strong focus on Azure AD. • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements by regularly reviewing and updating controls.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, ensuring high availability and performance of identity services.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads as part of our AaaS (Automation as a Service) initiative.

Systems Engineering:

  • Participate in the design, deployment, and management of infrastructure services, including cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Support the maintenance, optimization and migration of network, server, and storage systems to ensure seamless integration with controls.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or equivalent.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and maintain security best practices within the IAM framework and broader infrastructure environment.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits of infrastructure systems.
  • Manage vulnerability assessment processes and ensure timely patching of identified security vulnerabilities.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to other teams on issues and best practices.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees by configuring access rights and permissions according to organizational policies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in System Engineer roles, with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Proven experience with scripting and automation tools.
