Overview

This role is a part of the close-knit Global Legal group at Canva, where you'll support the Privacy & Product Legal team, ensuring operational efficiency and effective collaboration across multiple time zones.

In Short

• Support the operational needs of the Privacy & Product Legal team.
• Manage scheduling and triage of requests through Jira.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain busy calendars across four time zones.
• Format legal documents and training materials using Canva.
• Handle document management and knowledge organization.
• Assist with billing processes and contract support.
• Plan and execute team events and meetings.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business operations or legal support.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in using Canva and AI tools.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to anticipate needs and prevent issues.
