Senior Recruiter (12 Month Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the healthcare talent market, ideally within the Architecture, Interior and Engineering (AEI) industry. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment.
• Preferred experience in the AEI industry.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms for talent research.
• Ability to manage fluctuating workloads.
• Strong work ethic and self-accountability.
