Overview

Canary Technologies is changing the game for hotels with modern software powered by Canary's hospitality-specific AI platform, and we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is a French speaker to join our team.

In Short

  • Deeply understand Canary’s products to communicate their value to clients.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth start.
  • Partner with clients to demonstrate how solutions address their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Own a book of business and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to resolve client challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales to expand the book of business.
  • Manage a large portfolio of Mid-Market accounts.
  • Utilize exceptional communication abilities to build trust.
  • Proficiency with technology and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of onboarding clients through complex challenges.
  • Experience managing accounts with annual contract values between $20K–$100K.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to assess client needs.
  • Collaborative nature, adept at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence and charisma to drive growth.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology is a plus.
