Overview

The Bilingual Membership Administrator provides customer service to the CMPA’s members and business partners in a knowledgeable and professional manner via phone, written correspondence and computer interactions.

In Short

  • Proficient communicator in both official languages.
  • Handles member inquiries and validates membership.
  • Assesses, processes, verifies, and responds to member requests.
  • Prepares written documentation for inquiries.
  • Provides information on membership guidelines and policies.
  • Maintains logs and records of interactions.
  • Works with other departments to address requests.
  • Participates in service improvement initiatives.
  • Regular on-site presence at the CMPA office required.
  • Full-time position with hybrid work options.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate program (2-3 years).
  • 4-6 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Experience with MS Office and databases.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical calculation skills.
  • Experience with SugarCRM is an asset.
