Overview

As a Contact Centre Representative for CIBC, you will focus on providing an excellent client experience in the Mutual Funds sector while working remotely.

In Short

  • Join the Contact Centre Investment Team as a Mutual Funds Representative.
  • Provide excellent client experience and promote CIBC investment products.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to mutual fund and fixed term investments.
  • Work full-time with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional on-site presence required under the Agent@Home program.
  • Engage clients using discovery and KYC questions.
  • Open and manage Mutual Fund accounts and transactions.
  • Must be bilingual in French and English.
  • Maintain current accreditation with MFDA and other certifications.
  • Work in a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong client engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet workspace.
  • Wired internet connection with specific speed requirements.
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds and related regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills and accountability.
  • Current MFDA certification and good standing in CSC/CIFC.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Experience in call center or customer service roles.
