Overview

The Bilingual Workflow Processor at CIBC is responsible for managing incoming faxes and emails from clients, ensuring that requests are directed to the appropriate teams for fulfillment while working within a hybrid work environment.

In Short

  • Monitor Rightfax queues and Outlook email boxes for incoming communications.
  • Direct incoming requests to appropriate teams for processing.
  • Collaborate with BCC teams to clarify client requests.
  • Ensure quality standards and service level agreements are met.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage workload and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Work in a hybrid arrangement, spending 1-3 days on-site.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.

  • Fluent in French and English.
