We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Remote Word Processor to assist with typing, formatting, editing, and preparing documents. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, solo work involving Microsoft Word and other basic office tools.

In Short

• Create and format documents (letters, reports, templates) in Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Edit existing documents for grammar, layout, and consistency
• Apply consistent styles, headers, footers, and formatting across documents
• Convert documents between formats (e.g., Word to PDF)
• Insert tables, images, page numbers, and hyperlinks as needed
• Save, name, and organize documents into appropriate folders or cloud storage
• Follow document templates and formatting guidelines provided by the team

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
• Strong attention to detail and document consistency
• Good typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred)
• Ability to follow formatting instructions or templates
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
