Remote Loan Processor

Overview

CMG Home Loans is hiring an experienced Remote Loan Processor to support Branches in the Central and Eastern time Zone. They are responsible for performing necessary tasks to ensure accurate, compliant, and complete processing of loan files.

In Short

• Process residential mortgage loans (Conventional, Purchase, FHA, VA, Bond, Non-QM and Refinance).
• Obtain and review required loan documentation.
• Manage a pipeline of loans and maintain timely processing.
• Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders, and agents.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and ensure closing dates are met.
• Verify underwriting conditions and prepare files for submission.
• Stay updated on changes in policies and regulations.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Retail loan processing experience.
• Experience processing Government (FHA/VA) loans.
• Familiarity with Point required; BYTE experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually plus bonus.
