Remote Loan Processor

Overview

CMG Home Loans is hiring an experienced Remote Loan Processor for the Central and Eastern Time Zone. They are responsible for performing necessary tasks to ensure accurate, compliant, and complete processing of loan files.

In Short

• Process residential mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, Bond, Non-QM, and Refinance.
• Obtain and review required loan documentation.
• Manage a pipeline of loans and maintain timely flow.
• Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, and agents.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor closing dates and deadlines.
• Verify underwriting conditions and prepare files for closing.
• Stay updated on policies and regulations.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience.
• Experience processing Government (FHA/VA) loans.
• Familiarity with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
