Remote Loan Processor

Overview

CMG Home Loans is hiring an experienced Remote Loan Processor for the Central or Eastern time Zone. They are responsible for performing necessary tasks to ensure accurate, compliant, and complete processing of loan files.

In Short

• Process residential mortgage loans (Conventional, Purchase, FHA, VA, Bond, Non-QM and Refinance).
• Obtain and review required loan documentation and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting.
• Manage a pipeline of loans and maintain timely and compliant flow.
• Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders, and agents.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met.
• Verify underwriting conditions and prepare files for submission to Closing Department.
• Stay updated on policies, procedures, and regulations in the mortgage industry.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of Retail loan processing experience in the last 6-12 months.
• Experience processing Government (FHA/VA) loans and Conventional loans.
• Familiarity with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
