Loan Processing Assistant - Remote

Overview

CMG Financial is hiring a Loan Processing Assistant to work in collaboration with the Loan Processor to perform necessary tasks to ensure accurate, compliant, and complete processing of loan files for a top producing Loan Officer.

In Short

• Order Payoffs and Homeowners Insurance (HOI)
• Request initial Verification of Employment (VOE)
• Disposition loans including Withdrawn, Approved but Not Accepted
• Order Tax transcripts and Appraisals
• Order and Update Titles
• Pull FHA and VA case assignments
• Support Loan Processor in obtaining and reviewing loan documentation
• Manage the pipeline of loans and ensure timely processing
• Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, and title companies
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 2 years in mortgage or financial related field preferred
• Experience ordering payoffs and HOI
• Experience completing verbal and written VOEs
• Experience ordering and updating titles
• Experience with BYTE (LOS System) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
