• Enter employee hours and wage data into payroll software
• Verify attendance and timesheet data submitted by employees
• Assist in processing bi-weekly or monthly payroll runs
• Review basic payroll reports for accuracy (training provided)
• Update employee payroll records (e.g., tax info, direct deposit details)
• Respond to basic employee inquiries via email regarding payroll issues
• Maintain confidential digital payroll files and ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or payroll software (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (mainly written/email-based)
• Ability to work independently and follow standard payroll procedures
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
