Overview

As a Remote Mutual Funds Representative, you will focus on providing an excellent client experience by promoting CIBC investment products and services, responding to client inquiries, and offering detailed information on mutual fund and fixed term investments.

In Short

  • Join the Contact Centre Investment Team at CIBC.
  • Provide excellent client experience regarding mutual funds.
  • Respond to inquiries about mutual fund and fixed term investments.
  • Work remotely with occasional on-site requirements.
  • Flexible working hours between Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
  • Build rapport with clients and determine their needs.
  • Open new Mutual Funds accounts and complete transactions.
  • Actively promote additional CIBC products and services.
  • Must have MFDA certification and remain accredited.
  • Engage in a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet workspace.
  • Wired internet connection with specified speed requirements.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds and investment products.
  • Problem-solving abilities and accountability.
  • Current MFDA certification and good standing in CSC/CIFC.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and belonging.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
