Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our new Monorepo DevOps Team. You will play a key role in fostering engineering excellence by creating and implementing core processes and tools to enhance development efficiency, reliability, and quality.

In Short

• Implement, automate and maintain core engineering processes in the Camunda 8 monorepository.
• Monitor and continuously improve monorepo CI health.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement CI strategy and engineering best practices.
• Software Engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-impact results.
• Passion for engineering operational excellence beyond writing code.
• Experience in CI build tools and automations.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver impactful solutions.
• Thrive in taking ownership of the codebase.
• Not looking for DevOps/Infrastructure/SRE Engineers.
• Experience in developer experience tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
• Software Engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-impact results.
• Specialization in Fullstack or Backend.
• Passion for engineering operational excellence.
• Experience in CI build tools and automations.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Thrive in taking ownership of the codebase.
• Experience in developer experience tools is a plus.
• Automation testing framework experience is a plus.
