GTM Strategy & Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

This role will be joining the GTM Strategy & Operations team, a global team of 6. This role will be a core thought-leader and execution role specifically for the Partner organisation; supporting the VP, Partner and wider Partner org with strategic planning, reporting/dashboarding, tool ecosystem and process efficiencies.

In Short

• Manage data hygiene and reporting within Salesforce and Partner Portal.
• Be the Strategic partner to VP, Partners; Work with them to define business processes.
• Ensure & maintain Partner systems integration across other key systems.
• Define & document Partner Management processes.
• Liaise with internal Enablement to provide partner enablement.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations or Partner Operations.
• Strong understanding of channel/partner strategy within a SaaS company.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, AllBound, and GSheets.
