Higher Education Advancement Consultant - Remote

Overview

CampusWorks is looking for Advancement Consultants to assist our higher education clients in strengthening their advancement/alumni operations. These individuals will use their subject matter expertise in the advancement/alumni office to guide clients in adopting best practices and maximizing the use of the technology to support the advancement operations and help clients achieve their goals.

• Assist higher education clients in advancement operations
• Guide clients in adopting best practices
• Maximize technology use for advancement operations
• Serve as Interim Advancement Director
• Lead Business Process Review projects
• Lead CRM selection and evaluation projects
• Optimize advancement CRM/ERP systems
• Collaborate with clients’ functional and technical teams
• Evaluate current processes and design future-state processes
• Architect, develop, test, train, and rollout solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level advancement professional
• Familiarity with modern fundraising and advancement CRM systems
• Experience in assessing advancement operations
• Solid leadership skills and consensus building
• Superior communication skills with a consultative approach
