Overview

The Learner Success Coach is responsible for maximizing retention and ensuring apprentice progress by monitoring learner progress and providing coaching support sessions.

In Short

  • Maximize learner retention and progress.
  • Conduct routine progress reviews every 10-12 weeks.
  • Provide coaching support sessions for learners.
  • Maintain accurate records on learner LMS and reporting tools.
  • Engage with employers and learners quarterly.
  • Support learners in completing Functional Skills.
  • Address any risk factors with line management.
  • Embed Maths and English into learner sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Work remotely with occasional travel to the London office.

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Experience in Apprenticeships or relevant industry.
  • Understanding of the tech space.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solutions-focused problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and learner LMS systems.
