Overview

In this contract role, you will support and guide learners throughout their learning journey toward successful completion of their Ziplines program.

In Short

  • Support learners throughout their course experience.
  • Manage learners and encourage them to complete their courses.
  • Communicate with learners via Slack and email.
  • Moderate live sessions and assist with engagement.
  • Track and monitor learner progress and engagement.
  • Identify at-risk learners and provide support.
  • Document and report on learner records and metrics.
  • Work 15 - 20 hours a week for 10 - 12 weeks.
  • Flexible hours with some required live session attendance.
  • Collaborate with a team of learning professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Stable internet connection and computer with webcam.
  • Experience with Zoom and Slack.
  • Familiarity with CRM and LMS platforms.
  • Experience in a remote-based environment.
  • Preferred experience in education or startup environments.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
