An experienced and knowledgeable AI Mentor is sought to support learners through the L5 AI Leader Apprenticeship, empowering professionals to implement AI technologies and drive innovation.

In Short

• Guide apprentices through their program, equipping them with necessary skills.
• Assist in developing impactful portfolio projects.
• Ensure learner engagement with regular mentoring sessions.
• Prepare learners for their End Point Assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support learner progress.
• Provide feedback and updates to Line Managers.
• Support client engagement and the sales process.

Requirements

• Extensive departmental management experience.
• Experience in leading digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of GenAI and its business implications.
• Experience in coaching junior managers.
• Experience with executive board interactions.
• Strong prioritization and workload management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
