The Apprenticeship Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners, supporting their development and ensuring they meet their qualifications.

• Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety policies.
• Experience in administration and compliance processes.
• Ability to support learners with additional needs.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Experience in business development is a plus.
• Relevant teaching qualifications preferred.
• Understanding of Functional Skills requirements.
