Overview

The Manager, Policy Development will oversee operations and staff responsible for market policy development in demand response and distributed energy resources, ensuring high-quality policy papers and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage day-to-day operations and staff for market policy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or Business; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience, including 5 years at a lead level.
• Experience in demand response and distributed energy resources.
• Knowledge of market design and regulatory analyses.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex materials effectively.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Capability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Experience with real-time applications and software tools.
