Overview

The Academic Partnerships Liaison will play a crucial role in building and maintaining CIAT relationships with corporate partners, community colleges, and community organizations.

  • Track and report on partnership pipeline stages.
  • Collaborate with Career Services for student employment initiatives.
  • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in Admissions, sales, or business development.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of workforce trends and employer needs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to partner locations.
