Designer Training Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a qualified Designer Training Specialist who has experience in the development, management, and delivery of multifaceted training programs for California Closets Design Consultants. This position will play a key role in the success of our Design Consultants throughout the first two years of their careers.

• Design effective training programs for various end users.
• Key contact for the Design Consultant Training Program.
• Run and deliver various aspects of the training program.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify challenges.
• Ownership of the design consultant training program.
• Produce engaging educational materials.
• Support leaders through a rapid onboarding process.
• Research user needs through surveys and discussions.
• Manage and update training content.
• Facilitate traditional and virtual training sessions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Design Consultant role.
• Understanding of adult learning methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in adult learning.
• Prior experience in instructional design required.
