Part-time Accountability Coach (8am-1pm Eastern Time) - Remote

Overview

As a coach at Calibrate, you will be dedicated to fostering accountability, delivering real results, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

In Short

• Provide exceptional care to members in improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health.
• Guide members in setting and achieving incremental goals.
• Handle inbound member calls and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all member interactions.
• Work part-time, fully remote, with a required shift from 8:00am-1:00pm EST.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1-year plus a coaching certification.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with strong computer skills.
