Part-time Accountability Coach (Pacific Time) - Remote

As a coach at Calibrate, you will be dedicated to fostering accountability, delivering real results, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

In Short

• Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members.
• Engage, support, and retain members by establishing strong rapport.
• Ensure quality member experiences across all channels.
• Handle inbound member calls professionally and timely.
• Assist members with various tasks and inquiries.
• Proactively identify members’ needs and provide solutions.
• Contribute to achieving service level agreements.
• Personalize the program for each member.
• Utilize engagement metrics to support members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of member interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work remotely with strong computer skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Self-starter with accountability in a remote environment.
