Overview

Trocknerheld is a growing medium-sized company specializing in water damage restoration, seeking a dedicated Part-Time Accountant (m/f/d) to manage our accounting and actively participate in operations.

In Short

• Support in accounts receivable and payable: processing and reviewing invoices, monitoring payment inflows and outflows, and clarifying open items in coordination with the tax advisor.
• Account reconciliation and clarification in the area of subsidiary accounting, ensuring correct booking.
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Conducting dunning processes and supporting receivables management.
• Optimization and further development of processes in financial accounting.
• Taking on special tasks and projects in the accounting area.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Analytical thinking ability.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
