Our Professional Services team is looking for an Integrations Developer to work directly with customers to develop custom integrations with their business applications.

In Short

• Participate in the full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementations.
• Build and maintain application integrations using C#.NET, MSSQL, REST/JSON & SOAP APIs.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Develop unit and integration tests.
• Provide clear documentation to internal teams and customers.
• Provide consultation on Calabrio APIs.
• Follow Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture client feedback.
• Stay current with integration technologies.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Strong experience in C#.NET and application integration.
• Knowledge of MSSQL and API integration methods.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and consultation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in developing unit and integration tests.
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies.
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
