Overview

As a Technical Project Manager Intern, you will support operational service delivery and new feature development for a high-availability software system.

• Support operational service delivery and feature development for software systems.
• Triage and troubleshoot helpdesk escalations with senior PMs.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for multiple clients.
• Document issues in Jira and track UAT feedback.
• Assist in deployment planning and operational scheduling.
• Work on multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system capabilities.
• Verify fixes and manage operational schedules.
• Collaborate closely with senior technical project managers.
• Help design solutions that impact the online testing industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree in progress is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills and aptitude for SQL preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus.
• Some experience with software development lifecycle and project management methods.
