In Short

• Key member of the Math Team.
• Write effective items for different projects.
• Conduct preliminary and content reviews.
• Attend and may lead various meetings.
• Monitor item pool development for a state.
• May lead item development for specific grade levels.
• Understand grade-level blueprints.
• May have direct communication with clients.
• Required travel for this position ranges from 1 week to 6 weeks per year.
• Help design solutions impacting the online testing industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field + 3-6 years’ experience in math education-related fields.
• Master’s degree + 1-4 years’ experience in math education-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Education and Assessment.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Skilled at collaboration.
