Join our ELA Team! We develop academic tests covering Reading and Literacy and are looking for people with ELA expertise to help develop these tests. We integrate cutting edge technology with content expertise to develop standardized assessments across the nation.

In Short

• Develop passages and test questions for various client-specific projects.
• Participate in group reviews and implement feedback.
• Understand and apply scoring techniques for a range of item types.
• Independently develop content based on state specifications.
• Perform entry-level content tasks such as final web approvals.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content quality.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Required travel ranges from 1 to 6 weeks per year.
• Work in a Remote First environment allowing flexible work-life balance.
• Contribute to the online testing industry and educational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• 0-3 years’ experience in a related role.
• Data-based skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions.
• Strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
• Skilled at collaboration and multi-tasking.
