Technical Project Manager II - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a qualified and energetic project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority in EdTech and supplemental PreK-12 solutions.

In Short

• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our teams.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain proactive client contact.
• Bridge client requirements with solutions.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Develop requirements, budgets, and schedules for software development projects.
• Facilitate requirements meetings and status meetings with clients.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to project scope.
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Maintain client relations and communications.
• Collaborate with the Technical Project Management team to share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Experience with software development lifecycle best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude to learn SQL.
• Proven ability to understand technical concepts.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong team-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus.
