Overview

The Statistical Analyst will work under the direction of a Psychometrician to perform psychometric analysis, scoring, and technical reporting using large datasets from large-scale assessments.

In Short

  • Work with psychometricians on data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain and develop programming code for projects.
  • Ensure data quality through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Communicate insights and concerns regarding data analysis.
  • Document all programming procedures and file structures.
  • Apply statistical formulas to psychometric data.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of statistical analysis experience.
  • Preferred experience in psychometric programming.
  • Proficiency in R programming is a must.
  • Familiarity with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred.
  • Experience with R Markdown is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for virtual collaboration.
