The Patient Care Assistant at UMass Memorial Health is responsible for providing essential patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification is necessary.
• One year of nursing assistant experience or completion of a training program.
• Current nursing assistant certification (CNA) preferred.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must demonstrate respect and care for patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
