Overview

We are seeking a bilingual, organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Retail team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting the full employee life-cycle for retail team members.

In Short

  • Support onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and employee relations.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Location: Fully remote.
  • Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%).
  • Draft and send personalized offer letters to new retail team members.
  • Coordinate and manage background check processes for new hires.
  • Oversee I-9 verification for new employees.
  • Guide new retail employees through the onboarding process.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (ADP Workforce Now experience a plus).
  • Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish - verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
