Overview

The Business Development Manager develops strategic business plans that integrate client goals with retail customer goals to create winning sales strategies. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term client and retail partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Understanding of the food and beverage distribution network.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Expert-level communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
