Requirements
7+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
Strong understanding of the enterprise and ability to communicate value.
Experience managing high-value, complex accounts.
Exceptional business acumen and commercial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
