Overview

The Operations Lead (German speaking) will oversee and optimise final-mile logistics across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, ensuring timely delivery of fresh meals to customers.

• Manage fulfilment partner and last-mile delivery providers.

Requirements

• Fluent in German & English.
• Based in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam.
• Experience with third-party logistics.
• Ability to manage high-accuracy operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter and adaptable.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Experience in grocery or e-commerce logistics is a plus.
